i am a newb, and i cant find any button to create chapter in my comic!
is there any presequite like 20 page or more to be chaptered?

Go to your comic account, go to the "Comic Pages" tab, and check the 'chapter' box on the page you want defined as such.

Nope. You can mark every page as a chapter if you want. It would be silly, but you can do it. :)
