How do I change my title image and thumbnail?

I'm trying to replace them both, but for the life of me I cannot find the option to do so anywhere. In my account information, it shows my title and thumbnail, but gives no indication of how I can change them. I don't remember how I did it the first time. I've looked in every part of my account, in every tab and every option. Can anyone help?

What browser are you using? Some browsers cannot display the button to send your image.
I know FireFox does. I assume IE doesn't. But no one would ever use IE... right? >:-(

I don't have firefox. I only have IE. How can I change it if I only have IE?

If you are using IE8, there should be an option in one of the menus (tools? view?) called "compatibility mode" - try turning that on :]
