How do I categorize into chapters?

How do I categorize my comics into various chapters? As the title says. Right now it only allows me to upload and stuff like that. How can I categorize my comics into Chapter 1, Chapter 2, etc.?

on the comic pages tab (2) these's a little check box next to each page on the left. the heading says chapter above it. put a check in the box next to the page that starts the chapter.
