when you click 'forums', scroll to the bottom of the page and you'll see a list of Admins.

There's no real way to delete your user account, but yeah we can freeze it if you really want to not have access to it any more.

I think you should have a function to delete accounts, many sites do. If you can delete an email account you should be able to delete your DD account.

Some sites will let you delete your account... and some may or may not retain information you gave them.
I'm not sure why DD doesn't let you, but I'd guess it has to do with security issues. If we got someone who signed up periodically just to cause trouble, then deleted his account everytime, it would be a lot harder to keep track of that person and keep a 'history' of them.
Since we can't delete them, it just ensures that someone who gets your password or something won't be able to cause any trouble under your name.
