How come I can't add/change my avatar??

I wanted to change my avatar to something more recent, but for some reason it won't upload. And now I can't get my old one back up! Why can't I??

Images are down on the site again, ozone says they're working on it right now so it will probably be a while until that comes back. I'm kicking myself right now for not checking before I loaded my comic thumbnail!
