I get that this is supposed to be some sort of spoof of the Episode 4 throne room medal ceremony scene, but it's just not quite close enough to pull it off properly. The shots of the generals that mimic the shots of Han Luke, etc. kind of work, but the rest doesn't.
Although, it does make me want to go back and re-watch Star Wars again, just for the heck of it.

Somehow I found this video to be considerably more fitting.
They were trying to make the video look like the ending of Star Wars, episode 4.
The way the soldiers are arranged in two tight formations, allowing Hitler to walk up to the podium is very similar to the setup that was present during the award ceremony in that movie.

It was just "Starwars".
Episode whatthefyck is for when you're talking about the silly series.
The point of the vid is probably to show that While Lucas got his theme and some costumes from the Nazis, he also copied their filming style and scenes as well.
