is there a way to make a comic hidden? like maybe if you wanted to make changes or not have it on the most updated comics list or something.

I don't think so but you can always barge in other thingies (like this one) and say something, and your bound to get an answer

Are you asking about a specific page, or the entire comic?
I think specific pages can be "hidden" by backdating or forward-dating them.
As for entire comics, there isn't a way yet to hide them from public view. Generally they don't show up immediately on any of the lists, though. If you are just trying things out you can create the account and upload a few pages to get it working and make changes, then delete those pages and 'start over' if you want.
