Welcome! Several points I am required to make by law (article 89.section 7.paragraph 2.):
1: If you have the ability to draw, it is recommended that you try.
2: If you feel a tingling in your skull, like a maggot is trying to eat your brain, then it is required that you immediately begin singing Dancing in the Rain. They hate that.
3: Comment politely on the best of comics. Do not start flame wars over comics that are merely a waste of space.
4: Listen to Steely Gaze. He knows what he's talking about.
