I wonder if the creator speaks English fluently.

From what I've seen, broken English normally involves some slight mispellings, poor grammar and a knack for not completely getting one's point across. The thing is though, I can understand what this person is saying when they type. Their spelling seems to be phonetic and...well, mispelled. But if the case is that the person is not fluent in English, then I will take back any harsh thoughts on their spelling.
