I'll help you make sense of it. In Goldeneye for the Nintendo 64 there was a glitch that could mess up the skeletal systems of the characters on screen, causing them to do something similar to what you saw in the video. One Japanese gamer decided to put that glitch to music, which you can see in this video:



And of course like any retarded meme it took off and people used video editing to make it look like they were glitching in the same way.

I'm tired of memes in general. I remember somebody saying that physical comedy was the lowest form of comedy, but I think internet memes are even lower. Nothing can be less original than parroting somebody else's joke to people you suspect have already heard it before.

Eh, they're okay. Like inside jokes. Hilarious to all that get them, but just annoying to anyone outside the circle.
