Not sure if it's me..(quite possibly so..) but I can't seem to load up a new comic title image...are there any limitations, requirement or maximum page numbers you have to be at to accomplish anything or to be able to use any item in your controls?

There are no requirements. All controls are available to you. The problem with the title image is usually that you just can't click the "send" button because your file name and file path info overlays it. This is a known bug and I don't think it'll be fixed any time soon because the same bug on the comic thumbnail has been around for ages and hasn't been fixed. :)
The way around it is to keep on trying to click in the button area until it actually works. And it does work, it just takes patience.

The other problem might be that you don't have the page code up in your page to make it display (if you've manages to upload the image that is). The code for the banner is here along with the rest of the codes if you're making your own custom template.

just put put the mouse "I" on the filename path and press enter

Actually as I moved the mouse around a bit it worked if I clicked on the outer left edge of the send tab...so thanks guys!
