How do I change the avatar of my comic?

If you go into that comic's control panel, there should be an option to update thumbnail.
If you don't see the 'browse' or 'send' button, then you need to try a different browser. Or, if you're using IE8, there should be a 'turn on compatibility mode' option in one of the menus (tools? view?)
