So i would like if anyone can give me comic ideas....
I was think of this...
This one man want to be evil and does weird things even though there not evil!
This one girl always corrects him...
for example,
Man:
I just stole a pizza!
Girl:
thats pretty evil!
Man: without paying the tip!
-----
So nice idea?

If he stole the pizza, why would there ever be an implication of a tip forthcoming?

I happen to agree with the previous posts. Also, what the girl says sounds more like encouragement than correction.

well heres the plot:
A man named ______ (havent thought of name)
had a father. he was a criminal and one day died and told _______
to carry on the criminal life from generation to generation.
So one day _______ was walking and met a girl.
She was about 19, he was about 20
Then he told her all about his father and that stuff.
So it continues as _______ doing things every day that he thinks is evil,
but really isn't.

There's no time like the present! It'll be good practice and give you a chance to see how your idea fleshes out and maybe how you might want to tweak it.

You may want to have the father talk to the son before he dies. Chronogically, right now, you kind of have a ghost talking to the main character because you kill the father first.

So is this going to be more of a gag strip comic of a guy treating petty crimes as major evils, or something with more depth to it?

It will kind of be a comedy, depends on whats happening.
And yes the father talks to him before he dies lol!

Would this be in the form of strips(random adventures of these characters) or would there be a continuity? Also if you are not very sure of the comic remember since its not paid there is no commitment, so you can do one or two pages and if you are happy about it go on with it. Good luck with your plans.
