Hell Inc

Just did my bazillionth redesign and it looks a little less like ass now (Clarification - it still looks like ass but at least now it is a less puckered one). I am a programmer by trade but not a front-end one so "The Pretties" come really hard for me.

Anyway, I am technically competent if not visually so if anyone sees something in there they would like to implement but just can't figure it out I can probably give some pointers.

If anyone wants to give me marketing ideas I would happily accept them.. I am up to about 250 unique viewers a day if I do not advertise but it seems hard getting beyond that number. I have some ad spaces up on Project Wonderful but yeah I would love any hints or successful strategies that anyone feels like offering.
