Looking at the prices on their web site, I'd say the future is at least 20 years from now. Didn't they have one of these in the Lincoln museum?

I think I'll wait for the 60' model at least, anyway.

18 to 19 thousand US dollars is a bit steep for a 32 inch display... even if it is pretty groovy.
What's the name mean? Sun message? That's a bit silly... They should have chosen something that just meant light.

Aparently the Lincoln museum uses something different. The more I see of this, though, the less practical it seems. Since it's supposedly using compressed air, I doubt they could get past the issues it already has. Not to mention the problem that it is basically just a replacement for a projection screen. The larger the screen is, the larger the device would need to be, negating any advantages the device might have offered as a space saver. I can't see this as a viable replacemnt for modern TVs. It doesn't ofer a better picture, it takes up more space, and it doesn't change the format in any way.
