I was playing mario party eight and won when the power lines got hit by lightning, I was shocked and knocked out. When I woke up I was in the hospital, my mom and the docter didn't know what happened. I couldn't walk for 5 weeks, the docter said, "What happened? You seem to have gotten shocked pretty badly." I put my arms up, smiled and said in a normal tone, "I beat the 'shockingly' great game, mario party eight!"

I used to play Darkstalkers 3 (for playstation, old school) SO HARD when I was like 10-12, that I got crazy blisters all over my thumbs. But I would just wrap them with medical tape until I couldn't feel my thumbs at all, and continue playing.

And if I play too much (meaning more than 5 or 6 hours... I have no life) Super Smash Bros, I cry a lot. Not like, "WOE IS ME!!! PIKACHU KILLED KIRBY!"... but like, randomly my eyes water a LOT, like floods of saline trailing down my cheeks. and people get all worried, like "Kristen, calm down, it's just a game..."

Well, there's that one time that I played Pokemon Red so much that I would attack myself every time I lost to one of the elite four.

Good times.

(PS: Yes, that's a true story.)

Played so much video games over one summr I got a huge blister on my thumb. I kept playing, to much pain and uncomfort.

I have the song "Jumpin Jack Flash" stuck in my head after playing it 50+ times on Elite Beat Agents.

I can't beat that song.

Street Fighter 2. Nuff said.

My grandma being hard of hearing, thought that "HADOKEN" sounded liked like "Oh bullsh*t"

And that "Shouryuu Ken" sounded like "OH you Sh*t!"

Heard me and my cousin going at it with Ken and Ryu, both doing our favorites moves (which of course are the ones listed above). She heard this and the next thing i heard was a smack......And it sure as hell wasn't from the game.

Since we were around 12 years old, and our parents didn't like cursing. We got our ASSES WHOOPED. Nuff said.

From then on, we always played Street Fighter with the sound muted. Didn't hurt myself, but i got hurt nontheless.

Ha.... this is a good one....
I was playing Blood Omen 2 and i did a glitch thing and i turned to mist and next thing i knew i was falling from a very high place and there was no way to stop this. so when i landed i was stuck and i couldn't go no were. so i punched my controller.... and it didn't break.

Starfox 64, Area 6. Something violent snapped inside me and I went berserk, blasting everything. My poor thumb... ummm When I first got my GBA I dropped it on my toe :( I've tripped and hit my hand on my PS2 game cases and it scrapped off some skin (Spiderman 2 and DMC 3 are the evil cases!) Then, I dunno if this counts. I was playing a mini game in New Super Mario Bros. and you have to blow into the mic. I'm probably going it wrong, I had to blow so hard to get stupid Yoshi to fly that I got light headed and almost blacked out. .-.

I hurt myself at DDR all the time because I try to freestyle like a tard. One time I actually fell off the platform into a display. To add insult to injury the back of my shirt got ripped off.

In Capcom vs. SNK 2, I finally beat Ultimate Rugal so I celebrated by swinging the controller around, hit my face and busted my lip.

I tend to get shocked a lot too. That's why my hair looks like shag carpet sometimes.
