I dreamt that I was playing this Zombie racing game, and it had different modes, as well as over 30 different courses.
the goal of it was to race against the clock to get to an safe-house fast as you can, while running down zombies for extra points.
but, the car also takes damage and can crash and burn if you drive like a madman, and that sets you back in your race against the clock.
And the different modes were single player, player vs computer, and so on forth. The last mode was slightly different... you had to pick up survivors at key points on your way to the safe-house, and still race against the clock.
I had an blast playing this game in my dream, and were dispointed to find out that it didn't exist when I woke up.
So my question to you guys... have you ever dreamed about fictional video games, and have you wished that they were real so that you could play them again when you woke up?

Have you ever dreamed about games that didn't exist in real life?

Was dreaming about a game where you could build a castle and defenses around it. against monsters like zombies, werewolves, vampires ect ect. you have to protect the humans inside the castle.. and make sure they are well and good. feed them well and make sure their living area are livable then they will help you to defend the castle.. if you ignore them. well you are pretty much onyour own.
Kinda like Red alert style.

A Street Fighter II game but done with SNK's Art of Fighting 2 physics, graphics, which was hailed as being an experiment Capcom wanted to do than do another CvS3. It would have been something that definitely irked the fanbase, but try something pretty unique and funny at the same time.
"The Art of the Street Fighter", with Ryu/Guile/Karin/Dudley taking on Ryo/Crawley/Yuri/Mac, respectively. Unfortunately, the dream ended before I'd get to see what they all looked like in that totally throwback sprite style... but it sure looked pretty cool.

I don't even know if it qualifies as a video game, because it started off as an anime that didn't exist, but then it turned into a real life experience (in the dream), so I'm not sure if it was just an anime that morphed into (dream) reality, or an anime that morphed into a virtual reality game (in the dream).
Anyways, it was about Dragon Warrior. Specifically the TV anime Dragon Warrior that was only 13 eps long in the USA but something like 60-80 eps in Japan. In my dream the party was in some sort of mystical graveyard in an alternate dimension and Baramos erupted from the ground to throw fireballs at them.

Yes, that's why I started learning coding, also why I started making web comics.
I want a game like Goemon meets Spica Adventure, a cutesy platformer with a silly side story. Lots of bright colours everywhere and goofy humour.

Yeah, I had a dream of this 3D game that played like a smoother version of Armored Core but with monsters instead of robots. I was using some kind of angel thing and gliding around a fully destructible level fighting something big. Such a game would be fun, being able to look in every direction while having full control over movement and attacks. Only game that's like that is the AC series.
The game I want to make isn't like that at all though, it's a game that is "turn-based" fighting game with full real time 3D movement. The thing is, the turn can happen at "anytime" to give it more fluidity. In this way, leveling to the point where your character can move up to 350 mph won't interfere with the gameplay or your reaction speed.{In the last Armored Core game, ACFA, Mechs were able to bypass 3,000 kph in movement, to the point where your own senses can't keep up and even the connection in multiplayer couldn't keep up, causing mechs to "teleport" due to lag.
With the system I am designing, it is possible to make a playable game that contains high speed movements or reaction speeds. It will be funner than a metal barrel full of mutant monkeys. :} Seriously, I'm glad I can play this game in my head, and wish it were real so I could play it against other people. At a low level, your character will have limits similar to that of a human {Mobility of 25 mph, strength to lift up to 200 lbs, durability to withstand hits from things of similar strength, but you can get your character strong enough to be able to move up to 1,000 mph{If you tweak them to be speedy} or be able to lift and punch with 80 tons of power behind every blow. Or make somebody durable enough to withstand such things. The best part will be that there will be no problems with trying to keep up with such "speed" or "strength". The environment and physics will be able to reflect the effects of such high stats, like somebody going at such high speeds will cause an air vacuum from breaking the sound barrier {if the size is large enough} or somebody strong could rip off a good chunk of the environment off {50 foot boulder} and toss it across the level at somebody during a duel. Multiplayer will be awesome with the mayhem of team fights.
:} The sprite in my avatar was the result of when I was really hyped about the game in my head last year, that I made a bunch of sprites since it was the only thing I could do that is game related{the game is suppose to be in 3D, but theoretically, could work in 2D.}
