As dumb as it sounds, I've been blamed for cheating at the little minigames in Pokemon Stadium 2, specifically Delibird's Delivery. What I like to do is get all the gifts I can and run over to deliver them at the other end of the stage until about 10 seconds remaining. Then, I deliberately hunt down human players and push them back so they can't deliver what they have in time, especially if they got a ring or something expensive.

I was acused on cheating in Gunz a lot just because I could move about really fast. People with the slower internet connections couldn't keep up and it registered as me having a high ping on their computers while they had a high ping on mine. And I knew I wasn't cheating. And even though there were actual cheaters on there, I was always the one that got kicked.
I went against a real hacker once, though. The tye that sank through the floor and walls and could superjump.
They couldn't kill me. So after a two hour long battle in which I even HIT the bastard, they got bored and left.
I was level 8... Or something... I haven't played Gunz in a while. Happens when you get kicked from servers just for being good.

I got screamed at over my headset while playing Alien vs. Predator. I was playing Infestation on the Pyramid map, and I was picked as the alien against 3 marines. They stayed in a group and killed me every time I got close (which is a perfectly legitimate strategy). Then when the 5 minute warning came around, the got pressed against a wall and were waiting for a hallway to open up, with the only current exit leading to a room that I was in. So I jumped up to the ceiling and waited for them to move. When I jumped, it apparently set off one of their motion trackers, and the idiot split from the group and came after me. He walked into the room, looked around (didn't look up, where I was) and then turned around to leave, at which point I jumped down behind him and performed an instant-kill move. After that, with a second alien player (when a marine dies in Infestation, they return as an alien), the other two marines died pretty quickly soon afterward. Once the game ended and we were in the after-game lobby, I was getting screamed at by the guy I killed for camping! I was only there for about 20 seconds and it was his fault for coming after me alone and not looking closer when I was right there. And besides, the Alien is a melee-only fighter. His only option is stealth!

I remember in the multiplayer version of Sonic 2, there was an option where you could make all the item boxes into teleports. Well, one time when my brother and I played, I did just that without him knowing. I guess you could say it was cheating, but I consider it "taking advantage of the game mechanics"...oh, and being a little bastard.

I remember now in super Mario 3, that when you entered the ending goal of the level you passed a randomizer that generated a symbol like a mushroom, flower or a star. Every three levels, you would collect three symbols and get extra lives, depending on what you got. I believe that 3 mushrooms gave you 2 lives, the flowers 3, stars would bag you 5 lives and a combination of different symbols only 1. Naturally, getting the star was the hardest, however the "randomizer" was actually scripted so if you timed it right you could guarantee that you'd get a star. We found out that if we came running at full speed into the end screen, we would always get a star. When you end up with 20+ lives after the first world, you stop to worry about trivial things like death.
Those were my two cents.

In the original N64 Super Smash Brothers, I would always play as Pikachu and my sister would be Kirby. My favorite thing to do was gradually wear her damage up, throw her off the side of the stage, then stand on the edge and spam Thunder every time she tried to float back over.
She always got so mad at me for that. It's a pretty cheap move, yeah, but I don't think it counts as cheating.
Maybe she should have used a character other than freaking Kirby...

Obligatory CS Story
Years ago, when I still liked Counter-Strike, I was playing in a small game. 4v4, if I remember correctly. The game starts, and I move alone in one direction. I enter a small room, and notice that the entire team is there waiting for me, half of them with AWPs. I'm doomed.
Suddenly, a flashbang goes off.
I fire blindly into the blinding white light, hoping that I can at least injure one of the guys. My magazine empties, my vision returns, and I see four headshot icons in the corner. Counter-terrorists win.
Now, my usual K/D spread is abysmal, so when I pull off something as miraculous as that, it's easy to be suspicious. Everyone in the game was. I can't blame them. To this day, I still think I cheated.
I had a second story, but now I can't remember it...

My ex-roommate was a Pikachu player and did the same thing. It was SOOO cheap. It made his angry loser rants that much sweeter as I'd whomp his goofy pokemon keister over and over again with Donkey Kong. Helicopter Spin beats mouse most days.
I played Kirby quite a bit too, and there's a way out the pika spam, but it involves careful timing using the rock drop, breaking, and immediately using the upward arc slash.
"You tell yourself to just
enjoy the process," he added. "That whether you succeed or fail, win or
lose, it will be fine. You pretend to be Zen. You adopt detachment, and
ironic humor, while secretly praying for a miracle."

Kirby can be pretty cheap in his own way. I used to play with a large circle of friends, and there was one guy who would constantly inhale people, walk off the edge, and spit them out under the level. He was safe to float back up while his victims were trapped under the level, doomed to fall. Every once in a while, someone would get lucky, or they'd have a character with similar air-maneuverability. However, there was nothing stopping him from just repeating the action.
While I've never felt that this sort of playing is cheating, I'll always feel that it's unsporting conduct. As long as I can play a game with people in the same room, I can punch them for not playing fair.

If it makes anyone feel any better there was a time when she was able to thoroughly kick my ass as Pit in SSBB. :P (although I recently discovered that Pikachu can run right under Pit's arrows without getting hit by them, so not anymore.)

"Now that Kirby can Swing his mallet in an unpredictable way in the air he is a contender I have to say! Though I don't think he is too cheap.
Once the damage builds up, Pit becomes more deadly with his fast attacks."
