Absolutely fantastic. I'm a huge fan of speedpainting (that's how I do my comic, in fact), and you've nailed it. You show a very firm understanding of rendering, perspective, and value, so it was definitely a joy to watch.

Impressive. I don't paint so I don't have many points of reference, but what I saw, was looked good. It was fun to watch the paintings evolve. I liked the smiley face in the hair.
Have you checked out books on the art of makeup? They give hints on what and how to highlight and shadow. It might be something you will want to adapt. When I did photo retouching with friends, I was ask to do a lot of refining of the make up on their portraits, and the results was a quantum jump better than what I would have done by myself.
