Come on, humor the guy a little. I'm curious.

I'm not a fan of either game, but I've played them both. And I think I prefer Halo. I don't enjoy GTA much because I don't feel like a "hero". I feel like some rotten thug. I guess at least in Halo I feel like I'm a good guy and saving the universe.

That said, I only ever got to The Flood in the first Halo. And I doubt I'll ever play it again.

*sigh* Fine.

Here's Halo: Hey this is pretty fun. Repetitive, but fun.
Halo 2: Alright loading up the last mission- oh what the heck, it ends there?!
Halo 3: Finish the fight, finish the fight, finish the fight, but never actually fight any of the main bad guys, nooooo, that would be hard to code.

Here's GTA: Drivin' cars, prostitutes, killing sprees, boring missions.

Both fail. Halo fails slightly less though, due the first game in the series and part of the second being almost worthwhile.

C'mon original GTA was classic fun, I never understood Halo, Laser, shields and aliens. Although multilayer was fun but I never really enjoyed the single player gameplay in Halo found so boring.

But then GTA 4 was like wicked... when I brought it, I think I've played about 2 hours worth since. Guess that's not my kind of game either...

Games get too much hype these days.

If I had to choose between the 2 it would be GTA because you can fly though the windscreen.

It's the little things/details like that that made GTA4 such a great game.
Don't get me wrong though, Halo 3 was pretty good as well.

Play any game in the metroid prime series. Or any of the 2d ones.

Far better than halo.

Halo is better, due to a more engaging story, and blowing stuff up is more fun.

GTA (3, vice city) is also good (though I hated GTA4, so annoying)

You know what, I'm just going to cause some anarchy and say I hate both. Team Fortress 2 is where it's at.

Look closely at his spelling and grammar, and it should make sense.

I also hate both, except for the early GTA games, those were great, now it just seems to take itself too seriously.
Hey buddy, you should be a Russian Cosmonaut, and here's why.

The very first GTA was my favorite (the one on the PC where you'd get a Guranga! for running down a line of krishnas and which actually had an online multiplayer mode that was fun to play). After that one they started worrying more about story and the mindless fun of the game started to get toned down in favor of atmosphere. The most recent game being the epitome of atmosphere over gameplay.

Halo I never loved. It was boring from he start and very little changed. The story never got any better and the gameplay actually stopped evolving after the second game (not that the changes were all that impressive between the first and second game). The third game was the biggest disappointment since not only did it not change any gameplay elements to spice tings up, it didn't even look all that different from the previous game despite the jump from the Xbox to the 360. I also refuse to support Microsoft's master plan to charge people for online gaming even on the PC, especially when just about everything on Live is running P2P.

Personally, after playing hours of GTA: Vice City, I just got tired of the whole idea of the Grand Theft Auto series.

Both games are highly over-rated.

But, I'm an avid Halo player (not obsessed), could care less about the story. I just love playing Online.

Ahh, the good ol' times.

Teabaggin, talking crap on Xbox Live...

Gooood times...good times...
