The Onion is nice for unfunny internet news humor, but I've always liked Something Awful a lot more. The elitism is mostly for humor purposes over there, unlike the actually pompous and full of themselves guys who do The Onion. Not that Something Awful guys aren't pompus and full of themselves, but they play it up for laughs.

And the #1 issue is always bullshit.

The elitism is mostly for humor purposes over there, unlike the actually pompous and full of themselves guys who do The Onion. Not that Something Awful guys aren't pompus and full of themselves, but they play it up for laughs.

Well, the Onion's clueless pomposity makes their satire of news media work better. The commentators on the Onion News Network are almost completely indistinguishable from the real thing. And that makes them funny, in my opinion.

Hey TitanOne, make sure you provide more than a link when starting a thread. Explain things. At the very least, a person should get the gist of what you want to talk about without following the link.
