Oh, that is just TOO easy! Miracleman #15! Hands down, the absolute best fight scene in ANY comic! It is gut-wrenching, awe-inspiring, overwhelming, & terrifying all in one single issue.

Second in line woould be some of the fights in Ellis' run on the Authority.

Later,
Chip
Creator of Terran Sandz and Broken Things , and now Dead . Check 'em out.

Um....

Naruto has good fight scenes...Naruto vs Sasuke fight was pretty intense...

Berserk and Gants for mature fighting scenes are good.

Thor 380

Walt Simonson art. Nothing but splash pages. Really fun stuff from my youth.

Blade of the Immortal. Sometimes the action's a bit difficult to follow, even contrived at times, but it's very dynamic and elegantly drawn.

Punisher fighting Deadpool stands out in my mind.

Juggernaught fighting Spider-man

Wolverines had countless great fights with Sabertooth.

Batman fighting Bane in Knightfall is great stuff.

I thought 300 had some great fight scenes in it. Its mostly big paintings of guys stabbing each other. In fact, thats like 2/3rds of the book. Frank Miller alays has dynamic fight scenes. Sin City, Daredevil, Elektra, Batman Dark Knight/Year One, he's done some good things.

Spawn fighting The Violater in an early spawn book, I think around 13-14, inside a church stands out in my mind. It was completely downplayed in the cartoon, much to my disappointment.

Confidential Assassination Troop

Basically rips off the art style of Blade of the Immortal like nobody's business. But does it well. Great fight scenes.

The Ultimates 2: Gods and Monsters TPB does a great job of showing a fight with a huge scope. The actual drawings of the fighting moves aren't nearly as impressive as the devastation taht results from them. The Hulk vs. Abomination part is particularly impressive. Captain America vs. The Colonel is pretty decent too, if you like martial arts type fights.

Forever and always: The Savage Dragon ripping out OpenFace's tongue with his teeth. I can't even really say why, but that's the one that's stuck with me ever since I read it.

Although Clone Thor blasting a hole through Goliath in Civil War was close. That gave me goosebumps like I was 14 again.

DOOM PATROL- Near the end of Morrisons run. Cliff Steel versus The Candelmaker. Just one, goddamn intense scene!
...And any sword duel in LONE WOLF AND CUB. You can hear the whisper of the blades cuttin' through the air and smell the blood on the grass...ahhh nostalgia!
