ok. i have paint and Photoshop 5.5. Any ideas of what i should use instead?
cuz paint sucks and photoshop is acting up.

Make sure you set the scratch disk to a partition with an absolute minimum 2 gigs of hard drive space. Close all other apps when using photoshop.

My personal recomendation would be painter, as that's my poison of choice for CG.
