Since i'm new to comic art/drawing. I really wanted to know how to draw comics. Because i love reading them. And ive always wanted to make up stories of my own.
But where do i start at??
I like draw comics that are anime/manga, movies, tv etc..
Dose anyone have any good ideas or tips on how to start drawing comics?

First step is Idea, get the whole story stuck up in there, begenning, middle, and end. I suggest making sketches of your main character(s) and see if they fit the story line. The style its drawn in also counts, such as a scratchly drawn character could mean Angry, crazy, Horrid, where as a straight one means timid, calm, and default.

Just draw a comic about ninja walrusses. Who needs plot when you got a ninja walrus?

Also i just recently learned this, before making the bubble, write the words in air first, THEN circle them with a speech bubble

Sir, that is crazy talk. You should clearly use the same sized bubble over and over again regarless of the size or amount of words within.
I would recommend grabbing a couple art books and thumbing through them. Also getting the story down on paper is very helpful, don't overdo it though, its easy to lose interest in a comic if it's already etched in stone, so leave room for details you can make up on the fly. Story board way in advance. i usually do stickfigure drawings with the first initial in the head so i know who's talking. once i have everything mapped out, then I move onto actually putting everything together
