i've seen the keyboard errors before. i actually had one that said "cannot copy the selected file because it exists" i wish i took a screencap of that. :(

I don't have a screen capture of it, but I'm sure you'll believe me.

If, whilst using BT Broadband, for some reason your connection is down you can use a system checker to find out what's wrong. If it can't work it out, this'll appear:

We have been unable to determine why you are unable to connect to the internet. For assistance, check the troubleshooting forum on our website.

Yeah, that's an old one... In that the stupid buggers who set up those internet connection troubleshooting guides usually always do it.

Sometimes a smarter person will go back in and put in something like "if you have alternative access to..." but generally it's just the same old dummies.
