Do people here read still read mango? Not that Naruto shit. The good stuff? And do you guys talk about it? I didn't see a topic for this. I wasn't sure if this would've gone here or Comic Discussion but whatever.
I found Shingeki no Kyojin [en.wikipedia.org] recently and it's decent. The art's a tad scratchy but I find it charming. I don't know if the third volume's been translated yet, I'll check later. It's apparently super popular in Japan or something.

Never read a mango, but I study a cantaloupe time to time with a spoon.
Although I still mainly just read Shonen Jump (even for the semi generic comics, it's a good value at 5 bucks), still check the stores weekly for anything new to catch my interest. For the most part, there isn't much or it's too teeny bop friendly.
Anything with Junji Ito, though, gets my attention. That man can spin bizarre abstract horror like no one else.

"You tell yourself to just
enjoy the process," he added. "That whether you succeed or fail, win or
lose, it will be fine. You pretend to be Zen. You adopt detachment, and
ironic humor, while secretly praying for a miracle."

I tried lychee juice last week. Damn nice!
The same day I bought another volume of Dogs: Bullets & Carnage. Still haven't finished reading it but then again I'm not planning on buying any more for a while. I need to focus more on creating rather than reading.
