It's more like:
-You find her ugly because you just do. Or perhaps you have some other reason, it doesn't matter and I never suggested one.
-The reasons you feel the need to tell someone else that though could be many and varied. Inkmonkey and Hippie seem to agree (I could be wrong here), that the only reason you'd do that is because you are childish and immature, due to the fact that she is actually hot and you are lying.
I say that hotness is "relative" (not the same for everyone), and constructed (an impression created by some people), and that people have more reasons than immaturity to contradict someone else.
