Just read on an MSNBC blog that FoxTrot will become a Sunday-only strip by the end of the year. That sucks.

Bill Amend has been working on the comic for some 19 years, and to my knowledge he's one of the higher ups in the industry.
I think it's fine, alot of artist go on sabbatical and merely rerun their works. Hell, the guy who does the Boondocks has done like two sabbaticals hasn't he? And he's relatively new in the field.
Matter of a fact is, 19 years is a long time, especially when it's dedicated to just one work. I have no idea what he'll be doing with his new found time, but in exchange for the laughs, I wish him luck.
