FLEEN is doing some kind of webcomic survey. My understanding is that it's a survey on webcomics and how much would it take to turn a hobby into a job. You'll be asked questions about traffic to your comic, age of the webcomic, frequency of updates, income derived from however you get money, etc etc. The results would be "a snapshot of what the business of webcomics looks like."
So if you're interested, click on the link and read more. :)

I think she's looking for
Fleen
it will be very helpful to get as many members of the pro- and semi-pro collectives as possible  I’m talking to you, Dumbrella, Blank Label, Dayfree, Keenspot, Modern Tales family

Yeah but there was also a part where he mentioned:
This will probably work best if we get a majority of those creators who actually have a webcomic (and its immediate offshoots) as a primary source of income, but I’d also like to see information on as many creators who are “semi-pro†or thinking about becoming pros  I’m extremely curious about where the tipping point between “this is my hobby†and “this can pay my rent and feed my family†sits these days.

that actually seems like a really good idea as how "made" you have to be to "make it" in the webcomic world has always been a vague term
Maybe this'll help shed light on the subject

it's kinda funny that they're trying to make an actually legit study, with like a proper sample size...and measurement validity and all that.
