Just started doing trying stuff in flash, anybody know how to put it in your comic, and any good sites for learning it.

flash comics are usually pretty big if they aren't made by vectors already. there's a lot of communities for flash such as newgrounds.com

Flash can export to a range of image formats (GIF, JPG, PNG to name a few), so you could make your comic entirely in Flash if you wanted to. :)

well, exporting to those formats would make them not flash.
like you wouldn't make and make a comic with just .psd fromat you have to make them into jpg or png.

I don't think DD supports swf. format (does it?), so I heard you can go with gif... I hope.

I just make random flash movies. I don't even put them on the net... Well, I guess I put a couple on before, but... that's about it.

I wanna see your stuff when you learn to use it! :D

Edit: Don't put your early stuff onto newgrounds, because it's for more of a competition, I'd say. If the people don't like your stuff, they'll blam it... (which sucks)

I use DeviantArt for my flash stuff.

The Duck does support .swf files.

To change it's file settings, press Ctrl+Shift+F12. Aftere checking the file types you want the comic to be in, click publish to get the image, or preview to see what it looks like.

When you publish a file, it'll be in the same place as your document.

flash is a damn excellent piece of software, it would help if you told us what you need to do though...

if you wanted to vectorise an inked piece then youll need to use... streamline i think it's called, thatll put it into flash format.

if you just want to make a comic in flash yeah, go nuts. pretty much anything can be done in flash, i advise you search newgrounds for tutorials before you start, the built in flash tuts really didnt help me, neither did the linked ones. after youre okay at flash, go to flashkit and look up their tuts. flashkit.com is very helpful.
