WHen I was 10, someone showed me a comic. It was demented, but I loved it.

Now its about 12 years later and I want to read it again. Here's the problem. I have no clue what it was.

From what I can remember, there were these guys who had to spear a bean thing with a trident. The bean thing would then soak in water or something and they'd stay alive. Then there was something about a fish, the trident turning into a spear, and something about the beans being able to talk.

Any ideas? is there anyplace I can find a way to find this?
