The leftmost girl collar.
The guy at her right's hair; a shadow in his cape, by the collar; a very small shadow in his pants, where the pocket would be; and a white thing in his shoe (a reflexion I hope).
The next guy has the left eye moved, and an extra line on his hair; also a bracelet and a very small difference on whatever the joint of the arm is called.
The black haired girl, the cross obviously.
The next girl, the hair too; her name is spelled different; and her foot is smaller in one.
There is also a faint vertical line between her and the last guy.
And the last guy's right arm has a "muscle" line in one of the images.
Was that all?

Well, I hope you realize that I had about an entire day for finding them.
For a reward? That Drunkduck stops freezing, that my pc stops crashing, that my DS finally connects to the web properly, etc...

The first thing I always do when I see a "find the difference" picture on the web is to make sure it's not a .gif file.

The problem with .gif is that it's the joke.
If I remember right it was 4chan where the joke started where they posted a "find the difference" image, but both images were exactly the same and the difference was really the file format.

Huh, right you are. Does that mean the vertical line between the last two doesn't count?
I was going to ignore it because it seemed more like a scanning artifact, but I found no other so I counted it.
