I'm only about a couple hours in and I think it's pretty good. The graphics are nice and it sounds pretty good so far. As for the gameplay, it plays as it should: a Final Fantasy game. It's pretty much the same deal as with all of the FF remakes for the GBA.

Personally I think they should've kept the original graphics.

Stain is also pretty hot.

I just tried this game out today. I can't imagine why in the world the original graphics would be preferable to these nice 3D graphics. I mean, I know there are probably purists who feel that if you change elements of the original game it's not FF3 anymore, but they made the game all-around better.

Although, I haven't played far enough to know if it's not just a dated RPG with good graphics.

I've been glued to Final Fantasy III lately. It's just... fun :P

I dunno,I just love the Final Fantasy games that have job systems. That's one of the reasons that I had 200+ cumulative hours on Final Fantasy Tactics Advance when I traded it in, because I had nothing more to do on the game XD
99% of people would've finished this sente

There's a guy in one of my computer classes that feels this way. It blows my mind.

I've never seen anything that looked so good on a DS. Total eyegasm.

3 wasn't on the SNES. Final Fantasy 1-3 were all NES games. In the US, 2, 3, and 5 were never released, so 4 and 6 were released as 2 and 3. That's why there is a jump from 3 to 7 in the US. The remake on the DS is the original Final Fantasy 3 which never came out in the US.

Now if you prefer 8 bit graphics over the new (and in my opinion, better) style, there are fan translations of the NES ROM out there.
