Sorry about the topic, I just needed something to get people;s attention for my complaint.

Currently, I am having troubles with the program Paint.Net, and I need to learn how to do things like a proper motion blur with sprites, glows, and all the other cool types of stuff.

So, anyways willing to lend me a hand?

I know nothing about that site, so I can't help you with that one... I imagine there'd be plenty of tutorials and help guides for whatever you need, so try Googling it.

Motion blur shouldn't be too hard. I'd imagine it'd have to deal with the smudge option, if Paint.net even has one.
