Well...I haven't played DDR in a long while but I guess Butterfly. But that's only because it's one of the only ones I ever remember hearing because my friends would play it over and over. It's burned into my MIND.

But if I had to choose a few I'd go with B4U, Sync, Healing Vision Angelic Mix, and Xepher. However, if Gold Rush from IIDX Gold were crossed over it would take the top spot easily.
