I've heard before that the trophies might not update right away, but this is the second time I've spiked into the top 1000 "overall" in the ratings and I still don't have the elusive icon on my profile. Is there a certain period of time that I have to be up there before it clicks, or is there some way I could get it manually added? If not, no worries - just thought I'd ask while I was logged in.

Nope, I'm afraid the trophies are buggy as hell. I think at this point most sensible people should expect not to get the top__ trophies, and then if they do, they can be pleasantly surprised!

will this problem ever get fixed? cos i've gotten into the top 500 and am close to the top 100, and it would be nice to have those milestones, but i can live without them!

It will probably never, ever get fixed. The trophies are about 2 years old now and have never worked properly. Platinum hates spending any time fixing the site unless something is catastrophically wrong, so I really doubt they will ever want to fix something as 'insignificant' to them as a fun, community-centric reward system that makes people feel accomplished. :[

That sucks, My BF and flatmates do coding for stuff like that, i genuiley bet that if they spent sme time looking at it they could figure out whats wrong

Sometimes the trophies work... They're not completely broken, it's just the ranking thing that goes wrong mainly, but even that seems to eventually get things right for some people.

i guess ill just have to be patient
