I'm going to have to get REAL good at drawing broken glass in the air in the future. Any tips will be worthwhile.

Broken glass in the air?

Hmm... Let's see... Draw small shapes that are similar to squares and triangles in different sizes. Also, glass can break in tiny tiny pieces, like sand, so put some really small ones. Some glass pieces should be turned a little to the side, since nothing falls perfectly... Make the glass pieces either a little opaque or see-through. Put a shimmer on each one, depending on the light source... And if it's some character (or something) jumping through a window, make sure you put the broken glass pieces around, behind, and in front of the character. It looks incredibly dramatic that way. And it'll look more dramatic if you make them do a crazy pose. That's always cool.

hey hey. everytime I want to draw some hands or something I dont know how to draw I either, open one of my many DBZ manga thingies OR I go to this place on msn where you can get free manga.

DO you have any comic books where glass is broken? a bunch of glass is broken in spider-man I know that.... I find copying, not tracing works like a charm on learning to draw stuff.
