I am, just... slowly. :( I'm so slow at drawing. I have lots of stories plotted out but no time/motivation to draw...
If you don't have the motivation then it's virtually impossiple to get started... You could work towards something with a project? Like a submission to a publisher, a contest, a special present to someone...?
It also helps if you don't have much of a life. So if you don't have the time and motivation for comics, that could be a good thing. lol!

Thanks for the nice comments about the other drawing. :) That one was a few years old (and parts of it are actually illustrator traces from a photo) but I wanted to contribute! I drew this one tonight though. I don't smoke but I was watching "Thank You For Smoking" and in drawings I look more cooler with cigarettes.

Yup, lots'a hair. Not too far past my shoulders because then it just starts to curl up... and it won't grow any longer anyway ^^

The photo this is based on is 3 years old or so. ^_^ I have more hair now, and more... chest, And my room got turned into my brother's room, it's not purple any more. :(
And here are 2 of a set I did once. I stuck the pictures up around the apartment to lead my husband (fiance at the time) to his anniversary present. ^_^ It's us the day he proposed.
