The Zelda one was so obviously fake I can't even begin to see how anyone thought it was real. The DBZ movie has been floating around for YEARS now, and not much has come of it. Any image you see that seems to be from the film is fake, but the idea of it getting made is a bit closer to the truth.

I perfer the legend of zelda fan movies than a real movie... Now If you havent seen legend of link yet just go and see it. its one of the best movies out there (thats a zelda fan movie)

I've seen the Zelda trailer (thank god that wasn't real...) but the DBZ one I haven't even heard of... are they for real? also is there a trailer?

The Legend of Zelda movie trailer was an elaborate April Fool's joke by IGN.com. Though after a while you can tell it's fake. The actors don't look too great or anything like the characters they were portraying.
The Dragon Ball movie was confirmed a long time ago, but there isn't that much info out there right now, aside from the cast list and the story.
