Double Reviews?

I notice a few comics have been reviewed twice. Is there a certain amount of waiting time you have to go through before your comic can be reviewed again or is that now frowned upon? What about having a different comic by the same author reviewed? Is that kosher?

Why post that question here? Just ask Eggbert he's the one who makes the rules in that forum. He'll set your straight!
Or you could even ask Ccs1989 , he's a mod in that forum too so he should know what's what.

I don't usually have time to double check the entire list to see if people are signing up two different comics for themselves. If there's a large enough gap on the list between their two comics they are technically working within the system. Same thing with signing up again.

This has been bothering me a little bit though. I can see how it would seem unfair. I'll think I'll keep a tighter eye on it, just in case.

I know I did a long time ago. When I signed up for a review the second time, it was already months before I had originally signed up.

I also know that CORY did the same thing too.

I know certain people who have more than one comic have had both their comics reviewed. I think we have a rule against that or something...but we don't enforce it too much.

Seeing how slow the review forum moves, I think we should probably only let comics get reviewed twice if they've done more than 100 new pages (or something along those lines).

Of course, if those people who got reviewed twice wrote some reviews the reviews would go a lot faster and we'd be more lenient.

In the old BCX review forum, there was a rule that said you have to do so many reviews before you can be reviewed, to ensure people were doing their share. Of course that meant someone kept a running list of the number of times someone reviewed a comic (I expect they kept it in excel and c/p into the ongoing counts thread) so that might be too much work.

This whole thing is just out of curiosit, really. My comic has gone through a total art over-haul since it was reviewed, which was a while ago, but I think I would like to wait a bit longer before I put my neck on the proverbial chopping block again.
