Stupid posts!

No I'm not talking about the posts in the WTH or TD forums. I'm talking about the people, usually new to the site, that post something without reading the forum rules.

The tell-tail signs of these posts are that the *LOCKED* topics. Sometimes, I just go back through the archives to look up these posts.

For example, you come across a topic in Debate and Discussion that says "the best debate in the world". Oh, so this must be the best debate in the world? You click on the link to find only three words, "sonic or shadow", and the next post is from an Admin saying something like, "Yeah... this isn't really a debate," and then the topic gets locked.

Three hours later you see another topic by the same person, "the best debate in the world 2". Now surely they must have thought of something more insightful. You click the link and this time, you see "naruto or sonic". Now the admins are getting really annoyed, posting things like, "Okay, so far your posts have barely been about anything worth debating. Please, for the love of god, don't post anything here that's actually relevant to everyone here."

Of course, the battle rages on. The admins are still plucking "gems" from the boards, locking them before they get angry complaints from other members. If you'd like to look for other "stupid posts", just look the the forum archives and search for these characteristics:

- the topic is *LOCKED*
- none of the letters in the topic are capitalized
- there are numerous grammatical/spelling errors in the topic creator's post
- there are only two or three posts in the entire topic
- the topic creator has a video game/sprite related avatar
