I think you're being a bit too harsh. Watching an undownloadable "video" that plays a song isn't quite the same as downloading a whole videogame, and certainly a far cry from child pornography.

Actually, posting the videos at all on youtube violates the TOS AND violates copyright. I'm sure reposting them here isn't any more legal. Last time I checked, it wasn't legal to broadcast copyrighted material without the permission of the rights holders. Quite honestly, providing links to other illegal materials isn't the same as downloading it either, but we don't do it. While the forums here may be public, don't forget they are hosted on corporate web space. Platinum Studios can be held accountable for anything posted here whether it represents their interests or not.
