I loved the TIMES LIKE THIS, because I've heard the rumors about Milton Berle too, and like the one listening, desperately DIDN'T want to picture it...
Updated MINDMISTRESS so at least, after twelve pages of the current storyline, we FINALLY get a glimpse of the antagonist, at least from the neck down. I've been enjoying telling a story about a town inhabited by neoanimals, though---animals with their intelligence upped twelvefold---and the sort of society they evolved, while not changing anything else about 'em. (I.E., chimps can type on a computer keyboard or sign, but can't talk, whereas parrots and elephants can...) Hopefully I'm steering free from the usual "furry" cliches. But then, I love playing with ideas. I just hope readers are not getting impatient about Mindmistress not making much appearance so far---although her mentally disadvantaged alter ego Lorelei has appeared a lot.

Just catching up on Mind Mistress - Love the colors - I'm big on colorful art, and this comic has some gorgeous designs!
I'm going to get to read alla these recent pages eventually, but so far the ones I've gotten to:
Due East - I love well-made close-ups, and you can really see the anguish and contemplation in her face. Great work!

Today's page of Used Books starts a new chapter, so it's in color. It takes place at night, just after a relatively pleasant day at the beach. I like the title of this chapter too, because I'm inspired by the titles of Agatha Christie's novels.
Also, today marks one year since I joined DrunkDuck and uploaded the earliest pages of my comic. Included with today's regular update (btw, one whole year, daily updates, never missed one, no filler ;) ) are some of my very earliest brainstorming sketches from a year ago. Ugly but nostalgic.

Holy freaking crap, that's why I love this forum! I find very well done comics everytime I come back, and Faust is one of those that look like professional works.

One thing I really liked was how identifiable Jared's cool self was; I saw the most recent page without knowing who anyone was, but I was instantly able to figure it out. Really good visual communication.
