For some strange reason Beyond the pale reminds me of Bone. The art is nothing like it. Maybe it's the bar scene.

In today's update , I drew a beach critter and there's a little bit of a biology lesson. I also managed to draw a close-up of a set of hands -- which is a small victory for me.

@kiandranishan: I remember seeing a link for Beyond the Pale a little while ago and thinking it looked exciting. It looks like there's an interesting dynamic being established between the Rehn and Lady Tokala (I assume different groups of elves? Ah, race relations in a fantasy world). And, would it be pervy of me to say that Lady Tokala's cleavage is nice?

kenyagi is very colorful and eye catching.only thing that didnt seem right was Malika 's dialogue being cut off in mid sentance between the two text bubbles cut off the flow of what she was saying. i can understand running out of spac e for text in a panel, but if you can do it where a sentance ends at least, it keeps the flow better.

@Ziffy: ugh, I hated Chemisty....in fact, I hated math and science period. They've always told us we needed it in the real world, but I can't recall when I've needed it yet.

I've got the first page of Nightmares up. No major characters yet, but this is just kind of the opening vignette and an excuse to get something up for people to get a little idea of the art style it's going to be done in.\
