Yup.
If you want to delete your entire comic, go into your control panel and click on the "Delete?" link next to the name of the comic. (It isn't right next to it, but it's on the same line.)
If you just want to delete a page, then go into your control panel, then click on the name of the comic, and use the link by where your comic page is listed.
