This is in Manga form, but I don't think that should stop people from enjoying this comic... as seeing the proportions in the artwork is good, and the plot doesn't seem that clichéd to me at all.
and the best part? it's not even (gasp!) right to left in reading. instead, its the English method of reading... left to right.

it has me wondering what is gonna happen every time I turn the page.

Alright, to put this plain and simply, I like this comic. it's got problems, for sure. Sometimes the level of detail on different pages varies. And the early comic has a lot of little problems with akward text placement and characters not looking quite right proportionally. There was also a lack of backgrounds in some panels. The comic also suffers early on from the light pencil lines that looks like they're smudged a bit. But the story and characters is why I keep reading.

I really like the characters in this comic. They each have distinctive personalities, even if they're kind of mysterious. The main problem is that we don't know enough about their town, who the people like Nameless and Faceless are, and what exactly happened to them with the plague to cause them to be like this. What was the Metropolis exactly?

This comic is Ten chapters, or 'Visions' in, and we still haven't learned a whole lot. We've gotten a lot of little 'Pepe' moments and we've learned about Starla more, but the characters are still ambiguous. I'm hoping with the return of Nameless and with the kids wandering mysteries will start to become more clear. But this whole comic is playing out like a slow moving mystery/horror series, so I'm not sure what to expect.

But it's an intruging comic, and updates have been steady. The characters are drawn well and realistically, although with stylistic elements in there. I definitly recommend this comic to people who like character development and mysteries.

Yeah I'm working on that. I'm still trying to figure out how much story I should give away and how much should remain a mystery.

I could do a Hurrocks Fardel and go over much of the back story after this chapter if needed be. But oh do I want to give it all away or should I just give a little away... I'll have to ask the readers on my next update...

I think you should just give a little away with each chapter.
but that's just me.

I for one, enjoy a little mystery.

I agree a lot with what ccs1989 said. The very beginnning it quite rough as far as the art and dialogue bubbles go that it was a bit hard to follow the story. But as the comic goes on, a great deal of progress is made, especially in the artwork. If you look at the first couple of pages and then a couple of the last, you can clearly see the different. Not bad at all.

A very interesting comic both in art and in story.

ART:
For me it's fun to see how the comic gets better thru the pages and it makes me happy to see a artist that is trying new stuff, trying to improve instead of falling into a mold. Sure it's manga based, but the art has a clear original touch to it.

STORY:
So the art gets a big thumbs up, yes, but the story is just as nice with it's very moody feeling that goes along the chapters. Sure, maybe it's a bit TOO mysterious as the comic has been going on for a while and not much has been revealed. ( But that keeps me hooked for future updates. )

OVERALL:
Starts nice, gets better all the time. Looking forward to more.
