Art
I like the bright colors and clear lines. It makes the pages easier to read and understand. But, as others have said, it is seriously lacking in other ways. The drawings are simple and jagged, and often awkward when it comes to movement and action. I don't think there's anything wrong with simplicity, pixels, and bright colors, but the author needs to work on basic anatomy, perspective, composition, and other drawing skills first. I don't like the blurred shading that is irregularly used, either.
I liked the author's avatar a lot before reading the comic, so I expected more. I think the character used in his avatar generally looks a lot better than the others. There was one frame, when Anna kisses him, that was surprisingly high quality, so the author is improving and capable of better.
Story
I had trouble following who was talking and what was going on as the story jumps all around. It took me awhile to figure out that the color of the box determines whose inner monologue it is. I like that idea a lot, but its confusing as it is implemented now, because the main character changes erratically and frequently.
Characters
I don't feel much for the characters or have a sense of their personality. Are they all friends? Where did they come from? How did they get their powers?
Overall, the comic is lacking. But, if it was drawn a little better, and had a more clear storyline, I might like it a lot more.
In terms of concrete tips for improvement, I'd like to see more detail in the characters and backgrounds, and more time spent on poses. I think a bigger "comic" font would make it easier to read. Last, mixing up the size and shape of the panels might make it more interesting, too.
