I also have no idea what PoDunk stands for.
The story is about a guy going through college. Right now i could enumerate at least 5 strips who've done that. Not much on the originality factor except one, the murdering roommate.
Being a sarcastic person myself, i coud ride on the remarks the characters make so i guess the writing ranks fine by me.
I would like to point out some art related stuff that you have improved upon during the course of this comic:
- During the first few pages the fonts are insanely too small to be readable now they're ok.
- The characters seem to have improved on their general looks, they're less geometric and you incorporated shadows in the latter parts.
And more points that i think are grounds for future improvement:
- If you're deciding on a single color background choose one that is less likely to cause seizures(i stole that from the sprite comics tutorial). You can use a color wheel for reference on which colors blend in with each other.
- The text in dialogue boxes shouldnt be too cramped. It affects the readability of the comic. Adjust it in such a way that the space between the letters and the dialogue border could fit in another letter.
- lessen the cut and paste routine. It makes the page look lazily done.
On a side note, if you work with mspaint for this comic, my salutations to you.

The artwork isn't that great... sorry to have to say that, but it seems really crappily done.. but at least it's not a sprite comic.
the writing/humor... it's so-so. there's no plot at all, so I'm taking points away for that. however, the humor is pretty okay. there was times when I actually smiled a little bit at some parts, so bonus points for the funny parts. but other times the pages wasn't that funny at all for me.
Enjoyablity: well... like I said above.. the humor was so-so, and the artwork doesn't impress me at all. there's no plot, just a comic-strip like humor thing going on. nothing here really grabs my interst and doesn't even make me want to add it to my faves list.
so if I had to rate this, I would rate it like this: 4/10

Meh.
Art- The reader can understand what's going on most of the time, but in other strips, like this one I've got no idea what's going on. Geometric, Adobe Illustrator art on this one, not done very skillfully. You've got some progression here, like the addition of simple shading to the comic. But it still ain't all that impressive.
Story- Didn't interest me, wasn't very funny. I like the film plotline though. You're getting onto something with that. However the characters are such stereotypes! Mix it up a bit! They need diverse personalities!
Overall an average comic. Could be better. Work on characterization.
5/10.

Okay so this comic is terrible. The art seems to have been made wholly with MS paints shape tools. All the colors are at maximum saturation all the time. The backgrounds are there at least, but lack any sort of perspective and are clearly an after thought to make the comic look a tad less lazy. All the characters are essentially the same body type (giant round head, stick body) but with different clothes and hair. The camera angle is charnged on occasion, but only rarely, the usual "all character in the smae position for all four panels" thing often prevails. The character poses are stiff and uninteresting, as are all the expressions. A person's entire face works to make an expression, but your endlessly round heads never allow that, and thus, all the expressions are crap. You gave the asians yellow skin. Cute. Also, the way the ends of the wordbubbles don't curve towards the characters is infuriating. STOP MAKING COMICS IN MS PAINT.
The writing is as equally bland as the art. It is in fact, compitent, as in I can follow what's going on and it all makes sense, which is in fact rare for MS paint comics. It is not however, funny, at all ever. I'm not an expert on funny, but your timing is awful, the plot is boring and the characters are extremely similar to one another, making very few interesting dynamics. You also stole a line from the Venture Bros.
So yeah, bad comic, stop doing it in MS paint, learn how to be funny.

ART:
Well i gotta say the artwork takes some getting used to. It's all pretty axed and sharp in all poses and expressions. All panels in one page is more or less the same panel but with one arm extended or something along those lines.
It works but it's not pretty to look at. ( Although i guess it's probably nice work considering it's made in MS paint. )
STORY:
Much like the art some jokes and storyline feels rough. Like there was a good idea to begin with but it didn't translate well onto the pages. Im almost guessing most of the jokes are based on real events and threading close to "in-jokes" I don't find the jokes funny, but i know that it is supposed to be so. Perhaps it has much to do with the less than expressive and charming artwork who makes the whole thing duller than it perhaps is.
OVERALL:
Isn't very funny nor good lookin' . Takes some getting used to but after that it could prove more rewarding as the jokes are in there, just not in "laught out loud" quality.
