Well let's see here.
Art- Well..yeah it's pretty bad. It does have some of that 'inadvertently-hilarious terrible' going on (I got that term from Ian Jay) but overall it looks like something most people could draw at age 8. The pannels are too small, the font is just...regular, and no space for backgrounds. I dunno...I don't see much here.
Story- Well...it's a guy talking to a dog-like thing apparently called a dingo. That's...it. Yeah, you make a few jokes on the lack of storylines, but overall that's just the problem. And the dingo has what I like to call the 'Garfield (or maybe Dogbert) Complex' where he's always the one who's happy and his owner is the one who gets made fun of. I'm not a big fan of garfield.
Overall....eh. I don't like it. Not enough happening. No hilarious running gags. These comics didn't even make me smile. Look, sorry for the bad review but...I didn't like it.

Burning more bridges.
THE GOOD:
The site's layout is rather nice, and that pleases me. I snickered at a couple of the strips. I also like the title of the comic, a lot.
THE BAD:
Lack of dialogue balloons.
THE UGLY:
The art could be improved by a large margin. I couldn't even tell the dingo was a dingo until it was mentioned in the strip.
OVERALL:
Overall, what this comic lacked in looks made up for itself in it's presentation and a few chuckleworthy moments.
Just craft a few more of those funny moments, and work on the art, and you might have a solid comic on your hands.

Not a full review here, but I must say that I too, really, REALLY like the comic's title. And that little title below the title. Thumbs up.
