Alrighty, finally I got a little time to do a review! Goodygoody ^_^

To start off, I really enjoyed this comic. The title is a little misleading though, which may deter potential readers from checking out this charming collection of witty observations.

Writing: Very good! There's only a few misspells here and there but you seem to be well aware of them at times and I realize that as handwritten text, it's a pain to have to edit that. The writing itself is legible and clean so no complaints there.
Quite a few pages made me laugh, (that's quite an accomplishment since I've been quite depressed lately) and I could even identify with a few of them, the cat ones especially. (they do expand at night!)
Great sense of humor! The occasional swearing caught me off guard once in a while since it seemed a little out of place with the cute art, but blame my being a prude for that. It really didn't bother me in the least though, I just noticed it more when it wasn't censored. :D
I actually do enjoy autobiographical comics, it's fun getting to know someone through their work.

Art: like I mentioned before, the title is misleading! I half expected scribbly stick figures yelling nonsense at eachother, but what I saw was a fairly manga-influenced style (which I only say because of the eye shape and tendency for stylized "chibi" hands) that was unique and in my opinion pulled of rather well. Good sense of proportion for most of the time, and a recognizable character (yourself of course :D ) When other people and extras show up they are easily distinguishable and unique as well.
Nice expressions, and the art works with the style of writing.
I wouldn't expect an artistic masterpiece every page especially for the type of comic it is, so simple and to the point works well with this.
The recent coloring is looking pretty good too, the only issue I may have had with it was already resolved (I did the same thing with dark shadows earlier in my coloring too, so you're not alone!) and whenever there's color page it looks pretty good with the lighter shading, and even flat coloring looks good in this case.

The rundown: All in all, I honestly enjoyed this comic and I hope to see more of it!
Even with slow dialup I got addicted and read through the entire thing in one sitting. When I got to the end I kinda wished there were more.
(I don't mean to sound like such a suck-up :-D )
Certainly not poorly drawn but there's always room for improvement no matter what level you are working at; and quite enjoyable especially if you can identify with most of the humor. Just keep at it and who knows where you'll go with it, quite a few of those reminded me of things you see on a poster or coffee mug.

Alright, so my first impression of this comic wasn't THAT good. Lines are too thick and the style looks unrefined. However then I got to this page Genius.

Oh, and my mom also thinks Jon Stewart is rather attractive.

Anyway, this is a pretty good comic about the life a college student. The kind of thing that (might) be published in a college paper...though if it was then you'd probably be embarassed. Art could use some work, being as it's very simplistic and looks like the kind of thing most 16-20 year old untrained people can draw. However I CAN tell the characters apart. Not that there's much to tell apart.

Hands are drawn well when you want them to be. Plus you're a music major, so you don't really have to worry about art in the long run.

For a side project this is good. I want to keep reading this. Not good enough to garner a lot of fans, but it also doesn't seem like you're looking for many fans.

So...good work.

My turn!

What I like: the humor's really intellectually based. Stupid jokes (and my comic is practically based off them, so i probly have no reason to talk) can get rather annoying at times. It's nice to embrace my inner geekiness and relate to some smart comics. You don't make the reader sound stupid by trying to seem smart, and that's awesome. As was said before, some people won't really grasp the humor, so you may not have a big following. I absolutely love how it's based off your life, cause that's an awesome inspiration.

What I don't like: a few of the jokes are hard to grasp. It may just be because I'm younger, but i kind of felt lost in some strips. Specifically?

comics based off reproduction possibilities (that was science right?) just don't appeal to me i suppose. It was just a little bit of a stretch.

Cultural Identity?...uh...you know i just didn't really get this one. Same with the arrow thing.

Overall: awesome writing. Keep it up. This may be odd advice, but try to just sit back and wait for ideas to pop into your head. You can't force creativity. I know that some of my WORST COMICS EVER came from me trying to think of something amazing to make them funny. Some of my best, i just went with the ideas from life. Great job and I hope to read more!
